Sarah has spent her 30+ year career in Human Resources with the objective of linking strategy and employee performance to help businesses achieve a goal driven culture. She has developed recruitment strategies, compensation and benefits structures, training programs, engagement surveys and solutions, performance management processes, employee relations and compliance plans for medical practices, in addition business sectors as higher education, apparel, and banking. Her background is further broadened by the 5 years she spent in the Air Force working on fighter jets. Sarah has written textbook chapters on HR, most recently in 2024 for the Audiology Practice Management Handbook with Brian Taylor and Robert Traynor. In addition to a Master’s Degree in Human Resources that kicked off her career, she has a random degree in Apparel Design from the Art Institute of Portland.

Will joined USI Insurance in 2013 as an Employee Benefits Consultant in the Portland, Oregon office. He serves as a consulting team leader for his employer clients and brings with him 30 years of industry experience with medium and large employer clients in both public and private sectors. 

His substantial industry experience includes technology, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, financial services, forest products, construction and professional services; as well as clients in many other industry segments.

Will’s career in employee benefits started at an insurance carrier where he was 
a national account underwriter for over six years; during this time he focused on employer groups with 5,000+ employees. Capitalizing on that experience, he transitioned into employee benefits consulting, working as an underwriting consultant. This primarily included consulting for larger organizations with self-insured health plan risks.
Summary of experience includes working as a Senior National Accounts Underwriter at Standard Insurance Company, Underwriting Consultant at Mercer and Employee Benefits Consultant at McGriff, Seibels and Williams, Inc. 

Will is a licensed Life & Health advisor in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. He is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and serves on consulting advisory boards and councils for Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon and United Healthcare. 
Will earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics with a quantitative focus from Oregon State University.

Bryson works with healthcare providers of all sizes, training teams to use Tandem’s AI workflows to simplify medication access. In his spare time, Bryson enjoys discovering new music and staying active through running and exploring different parts of New York City.

Elizabeth partners closely with provider teams, societies, GPOs, and more to build relationships with Tandem and drive shared goals. Outside of work, she enjoys playing tennis with her twin sister and checking new destinations off her travel bucket list.

Zea Wintersong, SHRM-SCP, has worn many hats throughout her career, from customer service to people management, and for the last 10 years as an HR Professional. Zea has a passion for making communication easier and helping everyone bring their best to work each day. She has been with Audigy since 2018 and has enjoyed helping practice owners drive business results through positive leadership and people management. Zea holds a BA from Portland State University, a certificate of Human Resources Management from the PSU School of Business and is a Senior Certified Professional of Human Resources through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

Nicole Statley has spent the last 19 years in the healthcare management industry. She has been involved in a little bit of everything including clearinghouse management, medical billing, coding, auditing and compliance. She currently has Certified Professional Certificates in Compliance, Medical Auditing, and Coding. She is passionate about helping organizations to not only be compliant but to feel supported in their compliance efforts.

With a background spanning multiple levels of care—including operating rooms, reprocessing departments, specialty clinics, ICUs, emergency rooms, and rehabilitation centers—Samantha brings a comprehensive perspective to the evolving landscape of procedural care. With 17 years of dedicated experience in the ENT field, Johnny brings a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within otolaryngology practices. Over the course of his career, Johnny has played a pivotal role in the development of endoscopic tools, ensuring these tools meet the evolving needs of ENT offices and clinics.  Johnny’s expertise extends to endoscopic video solutions designed specifically for the office and clinic environment, enabling clinicians to deliver high-quality care with efficiency and precision. Kim is a nationally recognized physician practice management and coding consultant who has worked in otolaryngology for...well, let's just say a long time!  Her background is ENT nursing which provides her the ability to understand both the clinical and business attributes of an ENT practice.  Kim was the Administrator for the Department of Otorhinolaryngology at UT Southwestern when she  joined the AOA, now ASCENT. She spent 25 years as a consultant with KarenZupko & Associates, Inc. where she helped several practices improve their processes and revenue cycle.  Kim also taught practice management, coding, and reimbursement courses for many physician specialty societies, including the AAOHNS, over the years.  Kim's energetic and engaging teaching style makes her a sought-after consultant and educator. As a strategic healthcare consultant, Adele Allison is a leading subject matter expert on healthcare data, value, and economics, providing management consulting services to payers and providers, and is dedicated to improving the delivery and administration of healthcare in terms of clinical, financial, and patient health outcomes. Having served as the co-chair of the HHS ONC Beacon-EHR Vendor Affinity Group, Adele served three years on the federal Workgroup for Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI) board of directors and is co-chair for the WEDI Payment Models Workgroup.  Adele has 30 years of healthcare experience spanning matters of health IT and related legislation/regulations.  A published author, Adele is a member of the University of Alabama at Birmingham’s (UAB) health informatics advisory board on curriculum development and served on UAB’s HITECH Committee for health IT curriculum development under an ONC grant; was program director for the CHIME’s CIO and CISO member boot camps; teaches policy and technology matters to HRSA grantees for the Georgia Health Policy Center; and is past president of the Alabama Chapter of HIMSS.
