Dr. Will Harrill is active in health policy and specialist transition towards accountable care models. He currently is a committee member for the Physician Payment Policy (3P) workgroup of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, the Transformation Resource for Accountable Care (TRAC) Advisory Committee for the North Carolina Medical Society, and is the co-founder and co-chair of the North Carolina Otolaryngology Health Policy Advisory Committee (OHPAC). He serves as a clinical advisor for the PACES Center for Value in Healthcare and is a co-founder and chief medical officer for BridgepointMD. Dr. Harrill maintains an active clinical/surgical practice within Carolina ENT-Sinus and Allergy Center where he served as President & CEO for 17 years.
Dr. Harrill is published within health policy and clinical research focusing on utilization and economic trends within specialty care. He holds clinical appointments within the departments of Otolaryngology both at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine and Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist Health.
