A hands-on exploration of practical AI tools for the business of medicine.

This session will include real-world demonstrations of Microsoft Copilot, Claude for PowerPoint, Claude for Excel, and other leading AI models, with a focus on healthcare administration, analytics, and operational decision-making.

Using an allergy patient demographic case study, Drew will showcase how AI can support spreadsheet analysis, patient migration modeling, payer mix review, KPI development, physician productivity reporting, financial modeling, and business intelligence workflows. The session will also address responsible AI use, data security, and practical guardrails for ENT practices adopting these tools.

This webinar is designed for administrators and practice leaders who want to move beyond theory and see how AI can be applied directly to everyday healthcare business challenges.
Participant Note:
This webinar assumes participants have access to either Microsoft 365 with a Copilot license for tools such as Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and/or a Claude license, currently available through Claude Pro at approximately $20/month, with the Claude add-ins installed for PowerPoint, Excel, or both. While these tools are not required to attend, the webinar will focus on practical use cases and will not provide step-by-step instruction on how to download Claude or install every add-in. The session will also touch on Claude for work, AI guardrails, responsible use policies, and data security considerations.
