ASCENT U provides self-learning training modules on a variety of topics and is brought to you by the Certification in Otolaryngology Practice Management (COPM) of the Administrator Support Community for ENT (ASCENT). Use these modules to train new employees or to provide a refresher for your current employees. See below for suggested module bundles to train your front office employees, clinical staff, billing staff, etc.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

ASCENT U modules are setup in presentation format using PowerPoint slides, with a narrator to walk you through the content. Most modules will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and are followed by a post-test to assess your learning. If you complete a module and test successfully, you will receive a certificate of achievement. 

Once you own an ASCENT U training module, you can use it unlimited times until the module is updated. If/when there is a change in data, requiring a major update to a module’s content, we will make the updated module available for purchase.
